We're back with our latest challenge and being a 5-Saturday month it's 'Lucky Dip' Week! We've a beautiful CASE card, provided by a superbly talented crafter and a lovely lady too. It's Rebecca, of Melly Moo Papercrafting and here's a little resume she's provided
Hello LIMettes, my name is Rebecca but you might know better by my blogging name- Mellymoo! I’ve been crafting since I was a child but got into card making around 15 years ago. After having my son, Thomas, in 2016, I took a long hard look at my crafting supplies and decided to simplify and streamline everything, and that’s when I signed up to be a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator. I get to use amazing quality products that coordinate effortlessly as well as getting to share my love of papercrafting!! It’s a pleasure and an honour to be a guest designer for LIM and I hope you find some inspiration from my card. Rebecca x

To be eligible for ShowCASe and Prize Winner choices please carefully follow all of our Clean & Simple Challenge Guidelines plus Glossary of Terms, which you'll find via our 'How To Play' tab at the top of the page. Your designs should feature lots of clean / white / blank / non-patterned space.
We're a little short on our regular Design Team Members this week with some of them taking a week off but don't despair we have a fabulous Guest Designer sharing the challenge with us...it's JoJo our June winner here at Less is More.

ReplyDeleteCan someone tell me what "Lucky Dip" means?
ReplyDeleteHi Meghan, sorry for the delay, we're a bit thin on the ground this month and I hadn't checked the email right away. Lucky Dip is just what we call our challenge when we have an extra Saturday in the month, so a challenge that doesn't fit our usual sequence of four challenge genres. CASE, as you queried in the email, means 'copy and share everything', so basically you use the inspiration card as a springboard for your own design, and can use any of the elements, e.g. layout, colours, technique, theme, etc. Hope this helps :)
