Hey LIMettes!
We've a bumper post today with lots of news today, so grab a cuppa, sit back, and relax while you have a read.
As many of our regular followers know, the lovely Sarah took over the reins of running this challenge a couple of years ago, and for the last two years she has been a fantastic leader. She has tirelessly worked hard behind the scenes and we all know what an inspiration her cards have been for the 4 years she has been on this design team. She has wow-ed you all with her beautiful creations and her heartfelt and sincere comments on your entries.
But sadly Sarah feels it is time to step down. So here's Sarah to tell you in her own words...
Firstly apologies for my absence at Less is More but sadly life has become extremely busy in the last 6 months and due to lack of time and mojo I've been struggling to take part in DT work and challenges of any sort, hence my recent break from the Design Team.
Unfortunately, despite the break I've still found it difficult to get back into crafting and I have made the tough decision to step down from the Less is More Design Team following this month's challenges.
I'm thrilled that fellow teamie Sharon has agreed to take on the task of running the challenge and I will be forever grateful to her and the rest of the team, of course, for continuing with Less is More. I'd also like to thank everyone who has supported and entered the challenge. I have enjoyed every week of the 4 years on the team and made lots of wonderful crafty friends in that time.
We are all very sad to see her go and will miss her terribly, but she does hope to join us now and again in the gallery. She has joined us for this week's challenge and you may well be seeing her again as a guest designer! We wish you all the best Sarah.
We are looking for 2 people to join our team, starting in January, initially on a trial basis.
If you wish to be considered for such a position, please add (DT) after your name on your submissions to this challenge.
Those wishing to apply should:
The design team call will run for this challenge only, so the closing date is 10pm GMT on 7th December 2018.
Successful entrants will be notified by 15th December 2018.

On To The Challenge.
We're back with our last challenge of 2018. Yes, we've decided to give our hardworking design team a little break in December, so this will be the last challenge for this year and we'll return with some new inspiration and challenges on 5th January.
It's the turn of that 'love it or hate it' challenge - the dreaded one layer (a single piece of card folded in half with no additional layers added) , and we've chosen the fitting theme of holiday.
It's the turn of that 'love it or hate it' challenge - the dreaded one layer (a single piece of card folded in half with no additional layers added) , and we've chosen the fitting theme of holiday.
We're joined by the lovely Katrina Bufton as our Guest Designer this week. She was the lucky winner of our September Lucky Dip challenge. We do hope you will head over to see her blog and leave her some love.
To be eligible for ShowCASe and Prize Winner choices please carefully follow all of our Clean & Simple Challenge Guidelines plus Glossary of Terms, which you'll find via our 'How To Play' tab at the top of the page. Your designs should feature lots of clean / white / blank / non-patterned space.
Now let's see what fantastic inspiration the design team have created for you and do check out their personal blogs if you have the time as there could be a couple of bonus cards there!
We hope you'll feel inspired to play along with us and have some fun and our generous sponsor for this month is

Our Facebook Page, for regular updates, can be found HERE as well as our Instagram page, HERE and if you post your cards to Instagram then please tag us in your post using @lessismorechallenge so that we can hop along and 'like' your creations.

Enjoy the challenge and have fun!
