What's more ... Kylie (owner of Happy Little Stampers) is joining us as
our Guest Designer for today and I'm sure she'd love a visit from you.
As well as designing her own range of stamps she is a queen of inky
tips and techniques, especially Brushos and shares many tutorials on YouTube.
Being the first week of the month it's our Colour challenge
We'd like you to use an OMBRE technique with your chosen colour
"Ombre means shading or shadow.
The is applied primarily to describe the gradual blending of one colour hue
to another; usually moving tints and shades from light to dark"
Here's what Kylie and our Design team have created for you
to inspire and please head over to their individual blogs
where you may find a few extras.
As always please keep your designs Clean and Simple with lots of 'white / blank space' and do check our Challenge Guidelines at the top right of the blog along with our page 'How to Play'.
We hope you feel inspired to play along and have some fun.
Don't forget to check our our Facebook Page slideshows, throughout the week HERE especially on Wednesday, when we showcase our random selection of early entries to the challenge and Fridays, when we'll be revealing our favourites from the previous week's challenge.
All your cards are brilliant. Thanks for having me as your Guest Designer!! xx
ReplyDeleteWow cute examples. Never done this before. Have to watch for aquarel paper in my stash and will try it to do this weekend that is for sure.. It's to slippery to go outside at the moment here in the Netherlands, so perfect to try some new techinque's.
ReplyDeleteOh wow!! All these cards are STUNNING!!! Now to go through my stuff and play!!
ReplyDeleteThis is realy lovely. It was a bit difficult to think of what I should make, so I'm a little late comparing to other challenges, but this afternoon I succeeded to make a card. Have a nice day, Ankie
