We're back with our latest challenge which happens to be the ONE LAYER challenge but we're sure you'll manage this one and have loads of fun in the process. So hunt out those stunning stencils from your stash and start creating directly on your card base with no additional layers whatsoever!
Here's the cue card for this challenge followed by a little reminder of our ONE layer card requirements / guidelines
Less is More - One Layer Card (OLC):
One piece of card folded in half with no additional layers and minimal embellishments, where the image is stamped or printed directly onto the cardstock. Inlaid dies can be used as a technique for one layer cards, where the die-cut image or sentiment is placed back into the front of the card base and a small piece of tape can hold your inlaid die in place from behind, yet the card remains completely flat.
No additional panels/layers (no stickers, no die cuts, no washi tape etc)
can be added to the front of the card base
We hope you'll feel inspired to play along with us and have some fun. We're delighted to have Shery of STAMPlorations (our generous sponsor for this month) join us again with another fantastic card showcasing her beautiful products.
Now let's see what Shery and the design team have created for you and do check out their personal blogs if you have the time as there could be a couple of bonus cards there!
To be eligible for ShowCASe and Prize Winner choices please carefully follow all of our Clean & Simple Challenge Guidelines plus Glossary of Terms, which you'll find via our 'How To Play' tab at the top of the page. Your designs should feature lots of clean / white / blank / non-patterned space.
Our Facebook Page, for regular updates, can be found HERE as well as our Instagram page, HERE and if you post your cards to Instagram then please tag us in your post using @lessismorechallenge so that we can hop along and 'like' your creations.
Our monthly ShowCASes and Winner announcements will be featured in ONE bumper post here on the blog at the start of each month so keep visiting us to see if you're one of our lucky entries!
Enjoy the challenge and have fun!
