Challenge #374 - 'Bits Box' Item

Hey LIMettes!

Gosh, it's a bit of a bumper post today, so sit back, relax, get a cuppa and a biscuit and read on.

You all know Sarah by now, don't you? Well, she has been our outstandingly brilliant leader, and the driving force behind this challenge, for the last 18 months. Honestly, she's worked tirelessly behind the scenes looking after the design team and making sure that all aspects of LIM runs incredibly smoothly. We are all eternally grateful for the amazing work and effort that she has put in.

Anyhow, the time has come for Sarah to take back some time for herself. Yes, she needs a well deserved break.  So here's Sarah to tell you all about it.

Hi, it's Sarah here, and before we get to the challenge itself  I have some news. There's no easy way to say it; but following this challenge I'll be taking a break from the Less is More team. With life / work commitments it's always difficult to find time for a hobby but more recently I've just not found the same level of fun and enjoyment in crafting for the challenge. I'm hoping with a few months away I'll be able to revitalise that fun element!

So in the meantime I'm delighted and relieved to announce that Sharon will be heading up the team, while I'm away. Along with the other girls, she's done amazing since she joined Less is More and has single-handedly boosted / instigated a massive following on both Instagram and Facebook. Please continue to support her and our challenges both here on the blog and on social media.

Thanks for everything and bye for now!

We really hope that it's only a 'see you soon' from Sarah and that she will be back with us after her break. Take the time you need Sarah and find that enjoyment again. We'll be here when you are ready to come back.

Now, back to the challenge.  It's a fun one that we're sure you'll all be able to join in with.

We want you to search out all those unused bits of backgrounds, die cuts, offcuts or partly coloured images that everyone keeps "because they might be useful" and make a card with something that you find.

Here's our cue card, which we'd love to see in your posts too.

To be eligible for ShowCASe and Prize Winner choices please carefully follow all of our Clean & Simple Challenge Guidelines plus Glossary of Terms, which you'll find via our 'How To Play' tab at the top of the page. Your designs should feature lots of clean / white / blank / non-patterned space.

Joining our design team this week is our April winner,  Skye from Blue Sky blog. We hope you'll find time to visit her blog and leave her some love as she's made a tremendous card with the items that she found.

Let's see what fantastic inspiration Skye and the design team have created for you. Do check out their personal blogs if you have the time as there could be a couple of bonus cards there!
