Challenge #408 - That's Torn It!

Hey LIMettes!

We had some gorgeous entries into our one layer challenge last time, but now we're back with the penultimate challenge for 2019 (yes, we're giving the DT a break again in December).

So, our latest challenge is a theme that can be easily incorporated into your designs.
